Our Client is a, dynamic multi-disciplined company, with a turnover of £280m and a work force of 1400 persons. It was set up in 1810. It is now part of a multi-Billion pound parent company and is based in the East of London.
The company has consolidated it’s position in the South East and has realistic growth plans for the company as a whole.
They work on some of highest profile builds in the country, covering a variety of sectors.
They are on an upward spiral with good investment from the parent company and also support.
The company is split into two regions, North and South. With a fairly even split of the Turnover.
They are currently based predominantly In Dartford and Manchester, but have satellite offices all over the UK.
The stated aim is to grow turnover from £280m to £500m in the next 5 yrs.
Position
A Chartered QS, or suitably qualified, experienced professional with either a contracts or construction background.
A clear understanding of the application of QS Techniques to the procedures, processes and methods involved in an M&E Project.
Be preferably from a larger process driven organisation. They will bring with them and instill in those reporting to them the processes and the structure, helping them develop.A good leader, who can manage and motivate their team.
Large contract experience is essential.
Experience of developing and optimising business processes relating to this area of work.
Be able to develop their Commercial team, empowering them and establishing an ethos of continued development.
Have the maturity to take on the role with a good understanding and enthusiasm.
