Our client is a leading independent Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) and Building Services Contractor. Position

We are looking for two expereinced M & E Project Directors, able to control largescale construction and/or refurbishment works with a current delivery profile of construction related projects.

Responsibilities

• Suitable candidates will be the point of contact for the client and will have full control over the progression of the scheme.
• Ideally, you will have a minimum of five years experience in building construction or maintenance/ refurbishment and possess the drive to build a career within this pro-active and dynamic organisation.
• You will be articulate, with high levels of commercial ability, be technically astute and have accomplished man management skills within the sector.
• A contracting background is essential.
• To ensure that the company’s contractual position is preserved at all times but to use the resources at their disposal to complete the contract on time, and to the client’s satisfaction.
• To maintain the company’s nationwide strategy at which ever project they are delivering.
• Be able to liaise closely with the Construction Project Director, maintaining the companies interests at all times.
