Position

We are looking for a talented researcher to join our team, you will be integral in the research and identification of talent and mapping of businesses and markets to assist the consultants to pin point the most aligned candidates for senior assignments.
After proving yourself you will then be given the opportunity to move in to a Trainee Recruitment consultant role and increase your earning potential significantly.

Responsibilities

• Searching for suitable candidates (using cold calling methods, existing candidate database, internet, websites etc)
• Contacting candidates who match the required job description
• Networking with candidates for information & other contacts
• Administration (advertising, data entry of candidate information etc)
• General day to day support to the consultant

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to be proactive on the phone
• Confident and Professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• ood PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organisational / admin skills
• Can work on own initiative
• Motivated / ambitious
• Self starter / quick learner
