Our client is a £100m facilities services business that supports blue chip clients across a wide range of market sectors with the provision of M&E and TFM services primarily in the heavier side of facilities maintenance.

It operates from a UK branch network and supports both the relevant local markets and the needs of its clients throughout their UK locations.

Position

Due to a promotional move they now have a need to recruit a Commercial Director at Divisional board level. The Commercial Director position will be responsible for the commercial and financial performance of the Facilities Business.

Key Competencies / Knowledge

• Commercial bid process
• Management of the commercial team
• Contract valuation
• Risk management
• Accurate and timely reporting
• Budget preparation and Forecasting
• Management and control of contract extra work and projects
• Negotiation of and administration of Standard Forms of Contract (NEC Suite, JCT, etc) including Insurances
• Adherence to Policy and Procedures
• Management of WIP and cash collection
• To be a key member of the Facilities Senior Management Team
