They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Training and Support Services team.

Position

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can promote new business growth by proactively identifying and driving new opportunities with the MoD, the International Defence Community and civil markets.
Requires someone who can develop and sustain the sales pipeline, and can work under pressure in a reactive and challenging environment.
Manages and provides input to business development projects.

Responsibilities

• Will be commercially aware, possess an astute business mind, be capable of identifying, and exploiting commercial opportunities.
• Can build and maintain productive relationships across all stakeholders, whether at local or more senior levels.
• Can communicate effectively and provide inspiring leadership. Will be able to articulate ideas in a clear and persuasive manner at all levels.
• Will be experienced working in a global business environment and demonstrates an understanding of Training and Support markets.
• Can demonstrate programme and project management skills within a ‘bidding’ environment with the ability to lead bid teams.
